NEED {to make these southern peach biscuits}

Now that I have my biscuit cutters and pastry blender, I NEED to make these incredible Southern Peach Biscuits...

This recipe is from Katie @ Salt and Chocolate. Her blog makes me want to stay at home and cook allllll day!

Southern Peach Biscuits

2 ½ cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of cold unsalted butter cubed
1 ¼ cups of heavy cream 1 ripe peach, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add in the desired optional ingredients. Cut butter into the mixture until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cream until just combined. Add in the chopped peach pieces. Dough can be dropped on to a parchment lined baking sheet or patted out and cut into biscuits. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

If you try this recipe, leave a comment and let me know how they turn out!
