...were delicious! I substituted 1/4 cup of buttermilk since we only had about half of a container of heavy whipping cream, so the biscuits were slightly tart. Nothing a little sprinkle of powdered sugar and a dallop of whipped cream couldn't fix! These biscuits were easy to make... and completely devoured by the end of the afternoon. Great success!
