NEED {to share this yoga pose}

Need a little boost in the bedroom? Sadie Nardini, the fabulous yoga instructor and co-owner of "The Fierce Club" in New York City, suggests a pose that might just help you get your groove back.

How to do it: Come back onto hands and knees. Spread your fingers wide, fingertips firm into the mat to ignite the arm muscles. Keep your hips squared, inhale and lift your right leg high. Exhale and sweep your knee to chest, rounding your back to engage the abs. As you do this, squeeze and lift your pelvic floor muscles like a Kegel exercise. Repeat this motion with a few slow breaths on each side. Press hips back to your heels in Child's Pose for a moment, then switch sides.

Why it helps: "This pose helps you target all your sexy spots--including the G!" says Sadie. "By working your pelvic floor muscles along with the glutes, waist, thighs, abs and arms, you'll feel more like taking your clothes off, and then be even more glad you did!"
